DuJour is a registered (TICA) Bengal Cat, 6 generations from her Asian Leopard Cat ancestors. We got her from Gogees Bengals near Baton Rouge, LA. She was born in November '05, and became a member of our family in January '07.
She has some very special ancestors and shows that in her markings and loving temperament.
Like Princess, DuJour follows you everywhere and tries to help with everything you do. Sometimes her help is more than you need, other times it just makes things interesting. Helping you type on the computer is one of her favorite things to do - she keeps the spell-checker busy.
DuJour plays fetch, but does it at high-speed. She goes after the toy wide open and does the same on the return trip. The problem with that is she often looses the toy en-route back. She'll often turn a flip to catch the toy before it gets away when she drops it - pretty comical.
She doesn't jump as high or as regularly as Princess, but has the same habit of bringing you a toy when she wants you to join in the fun. One of her favorite toys is a bunch of feathers that are on a string attached to a stick - really gets her excited.
She walks on a leash like she's always done it and really enjoys the outdoors.
