Miegs Falls is a 30-foot cascade, several hundred yards upstream from where Miegs Creek meets the Little River.
Miegs Falls is located about 13 miles west of the Sugarland Visitor Center, on Little River Road (Hwy 73). There is a paved pulloff on the left, and the falls are easily visible from the roadway.
